Quick summary
A practical company course that teaches your team to use AI immediately on real tasks — without needless theory and general examples. Employees pick up specific procedures they will use the very next day, and the company gains a unified standard for safe and effective work with language models. It follows on from our AI training for businesses and focuses directly on employees.
- Prompts for your tasks — formulating briefs for text, e-mails, and spreadsheet data, not universal phrases from a presentation.
- Verifying outputs — recognising hallucinations and fact-checking generated content before you rely on it.
- Safe work with data — what does and does not belong in AI tools in the context of company information and internal rules.
- A first small automation — designing and launching a simple routine the team can operate on its own.
What employees will learn
- Writing prompts for specific work tasks — formulating briefs for e-mails, meeting summaries, evaluating spreadsheets, or editing internal documents based on the real inputs they deal with every day.
- Checking and verifying AI outputs — recognising a hallucination, verifying factual accuracy, spotting stylistic shortcomings, and judging when an output is usable and when it needs human review.
- Handling company data safely — what does and does not belong in an AI input, how to work with sensitive information, and how to set internal rules to prevent an unintended leak.
- Designing and launching a simple automation of a routine — identifying a repetitive process, breaking it down into steps, and, with our assistance, turning it into a form the team can operate independently.
- Gaining a shared way of working with AI across the team — unifying procedures, sharing proven prompts, and creating internal know-how to build on.
Who the course is for
The course is built for teams from administration, sales, customer care, HR, marketing, and back office — wherever repetitive text or data tasks arise. Participants need no prior experience with AI; we start from the absolute basics. At the same time, we can adapt the content for more advanced groups already experimenting with the models. We tune the content and examples to your field and the specific agenda of the department.
How the course runs
We do not work with made-up practice data — we build on the tasks your team really deals with. Before the course we ask you for several typical work situations and prepare scenarios on which participants train directly. The training takes place on-site at your company, in our lab in Brno-Židenice, or online — we choose the format according to what suits you operationally and allows the team to concentrate fully.
Why ITHOPE
- We are practitioners who really deploy and operate AI — we do not make a living primarily from training, but from technical services, so we teach what we ourselves use every day in development, automation, and managing IT environments.
- We understand non-technical teams and speak their language — 18 years of practice in Brno have taught us to translate technical concepts into a form that is understandable for people whose main tool is not code.
- We do not forget security and data — because we manage company infrastructure, we have the risks of working with data firmly built into every part of the course, not just as a separate slide.
- We can turn the course into a concrete delivery — if during the training we discover a process suitable for automation, we can take it together into a pilot and hand it over to your team.
Arrange a consultation
Get in touch with a description of the department and two or three tasks you would like to make more efficient with AI. We will prepare a no-obligation consultation where we clarify expectations, show the possibilities on your data, and propose the form of the course precisely for your team. You can find the broader context in the article AI training for businesses; when during the course we discover a process ripe for AI deployment, we can follow up straight away with delivery.
