DetailsFour steps.
- Step 1
Initial consultation
We call, ask about your sector, company size and the state of your documentation. 15 minutes, no obligation.
- Step 2
Audit and corrective measures
We walk through your premises, identify risks and gaps in the documentation. You receive a report with clear steps.
- Step 3
Inspections and training
We plan the inspection intervals and training dates. We deliver them either as a one-off or on a flat-rate basis.
- Step 4
Ongoing care
We watch the deadlines, update the documentation when operations change, and respond to incidents.
OIP and HZS inspections do not announce themselves.
When they arrive, they want to see the documents and reports. If you cannot produce them, the fine starts at 10 000 Kč and, for smaller firms, scales up to hundreds of thousands.
An even more unpleasant matter is a workplace accident. If you have no valid training and no record of the briefing for it, the employer (you) is liable — potentially even under criminal law. The training record and the entry in the accident logbook are the one thing that covers you at that moment.
We can handle it across the board — technical electrical inspections on one side, complete OHS/fire-protection documentation on the other. For you that means one team, one contract, one phone number.
- Qualified OHS and fire-safety officers (OZO BOZP + OZO PO)
- Certified electrical inspection technicians with valid certificates
- Documentation in both electronic and paper form
- Liability insurance and protection of confidential information (NDA)
