We’re not a platform, not an e-shop with a ticketing system, not a franchise. We’re a group of people in Brno who put their own name on the line. If someone here promises you something, there’s a face behind it — not an anonymous operator on the other side of the country.

Why five areas instead of one “specialisation”

A client whose disk is clicking often also needs a new laptop, backups and IT advice. We integrate vertically, because neighbours are hard to forget. When we recover your data, we know your infrastructure — and when we set up backups, we know what was missing last time.

Our own lab, our own servers, our own AI

Unlike the competition, which buys cloud services from the US, we have our own hardware in Brno. Data recovery happens in our laboratory. Client backups sit on our servers. Our chatbot runs on our on-premise AI cluster, not in someone else’s data centre. Your data is geographically with us and physically under our control.

What we believe in

  • Price transparency. Our price list is public. Those who hide prices usually have a reason.
  • Real results over slogans. We don’t write “the best in the country”. We write a 95 % success rate on HDDs — and show the case studies.
  • Confidentiality first. Discretion is automatic; we are glad to sign a written NDA on request.
  • A long-term relationship over a “project”. A client we’ve known for 10 years is worth more to us than the first month’s margin.
