- OHS training — On entry when joining, periodic at least every 2 years, repeated after an accident or a change of technology. For both staff and managers.
- Fire-protection training — Initial and periodic for everyone, extended for members of fire-watch teams with a practical drill on using fire extinguishers.
- First aid — Practical in-person training in lay first aid. Resuscitation, immobilisation, treatment of injuries, AED. Certificate valid for 3 years.
- Working at heights — For employees who work on roofs, platforms, scaffolding or with personal fall-protection equipment. Theory + a practical drill.
- Decree No. 50/1978 (§4–§11) — Electrical qualifications for people working with electrical equipment. Training and the examination according to the scope of the paragraph.
- Forklift and other specialist — Forklift operation, crane operators, slingers, chemicals, work in protected zones — according to your company’s needs.

- A final test — not documentation „for the audit", but real knowledge. A certificate only for a passed test.
- Digital records — who, what, when and with what result. Provable at any time during an audit.
