What we take care of

Four areas of fire protection.

Fire-safety documentation

Classification into the category of activity, fire-alarm directives, the fire-reporting station code, fire-fighting documentation — the scope tailored to your activity.

Fire-watch team

Appointment, training, periodic drills — wherever it is required by law (public events, night operations, premises above a certain size).

Employee training

Initial and periodic fire-protection training. In person at your premises or online with a final test and a certificate.

Preventive inspections

Regular checks of the condition of escape routes, exit signage, fire extinguishers and fire hydrants. Records signed by a qualified fire-safety officer.

What works with us

Practical, not just paperwork.

  • A qualified fire-safety officer on the team — the documentation is signed by a qualified person with a valid certificate.
  • Online + in person — we adapt the training to your operation (shifts, branches, home office).
  • Records and certificates — digital, traceable years back, with no paper chaos.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does every company need fire-safety documentation?
The scope depends on the category of the activity (no increased fire risk, increased risk, high risk). An office of 10 people needs the bare minimum; a production site handling flammables needs extensive documentation. We determine the category and set a proportionate scope.
Who is allowed to run fire-protection training?
A qualified fire-safety officer (OZO PO) holding a valid certificate from the fire-rescue service (HZS). We have a qualified fire-safety officer on the team.
How often are employees trained in fire protection?
On entry when they join, and regularly at least once every 2 years (annually where there is an increased fire risk). Members of fire-watch teams are trained more often, at least once a year with a practical drill.
What does the fire-rescue service look at during an audit?
Up-to-date fire-safety documentation, training records, inspections of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, the condition of escape routes, exit signage, and fire-watch teams (where they are mandatory). We prepare it all and keep an eye on it for you.
