The inspections we do

Four types, one team.

Periodic inspections

Regular checks in line with the Czech standard ČSN 33 1500 and related standards. We set the periodicity plan according to the type of environment and the equipment in use.

Initial inspections

A mandatory inspection before a new installation / appliance is first put into operation. Required by both the building authority and the insurer.

Extraordinary inspections

After incidents, repairs, rebuilds or a change of environment. They help assess whether the equipment is safe to keep using.

Lightning protection inspections

A check of the air-termination system, down-conductors and earth electrodes. Period of 2–4 years depending on the building category.

What you get

An inspection report + peace of mind.

  • An inspection report in both paper and electronic form, digitally signed.
  • Documentation of the condition — photo records of faults, a list of appliances, labels.
  • Recommendations — what to fix now and what at the next inspection, with an indicative price.
  • A periodicity plan — when the next inspection is due, so you forget nothing.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How often is a periodic appliance inspection done?
It depends on the type of environment and the appliance class. A typical office: class II appliances every 24 months, class I every 12 months. Production sites use shorter intervals. We draw up a detailed plan after a site visit.
What is an initial inspection?
An inspection carried out before a new electrical installation is first put into operation, or after it has been rebuilt. Without it, the installation cannot be used legally. We arrange it, including the report for the building authority.
When should an extraordinary inspection be done?
After an incident (fire, electric shock), after an extensive repair or rebuild, after a lightning strike on the building, or when the environment changes (relocating production, etc.). If in doubt, we will advise based on a site visit.
What do I receive after the inspection?
An inspection report with the status "complies / complies with reservation / does not comply" and a list of any corrective measures with a deadline. In both electronic and paper form.
