By courier (Zásilkovna, PPL) or in person in Brno-Židenice. We’ll advise how to pack the drive safely.

Free, within 48 hours. We determine the exact state of the media and what is needed to get the data back.

After you approve a fixed price, we start the recovery. You get a list of files to preview.

Handover

What do you charge for what?
We publish a price range across every silo: PC service from 588 CZK (diagnostics), half an hour of work 598 CZK, data recovery from 2,900 CZK, IT for business by contract (hourly or flat rate), laptop rental with current pricing in our online rental store. We give you the exact figure for your case after a free diagnosis or a phone consultation — up front, with no surprises at the end.
How do I place an order?
The fastest way is the phone +420 775 556 063 — a technician picks up and tells you what to send and where. Or send the form on the contact page. For company jobs (IT audit, service contracts) we usually arrange a short meeting in person, online or at your site.
Where are you? Do you come on site?
Premises and lab — Brno-Židenice, Viniční 3587/216. Open Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00. For IT for business we come to clients in Brno and the surrounding area. Data recovery can be shipped by courier (Zásilkovna, PPL) from anywhere in the Czech Republic — we describe packing here.
How long does it take?
PC service — common repairs 1–3 business days. Data recovery 3–14 days depending on the type of fault. An IT audit for a smaller company — 1 week from signing. Laptop rental — a laptop ready within 24 hours if it is in stock.
What about confidentiality and GDPR?
Confidentiality is automatic with us — we never pass your data or access credentials to any third party. We are happy to sign a written NDA on request. After a job is handed over we securely erase our copies with a certified tool. Full processing rules — GDPR document.
Do you guarantee the result?
For data recovery the principle is "no recovery, no fee" — if it does not work out, you pay nothing except any shipping. For service and IT for business we guarantee the repair / resolution as described in the quote; if the same problem returns during the warranty, we fix it at our own cost. Laptop rental — if a rented laptop fails, we swap it within 4 hours in Brno from our fleet.
