Which systems can you connect?
Typically e-shop and warehouse, ERP and accounting, CRM and business data, invoicing with the bank, or helpdesk with internal tools. Practically any system that offers an API, export, import, or webhooks can be connected. We always verify the options technically first.
What if our system has no API?
It can usually still be connected. We look for a route via database views, structured CSV exports, or webhooks. First we examine what data the system can output and accept, and accordingly propose the most reliable method of data exchange.
How does integration remove manual retyping?
Data travels between systems automatically according to mapped rules. A new order writes itself into invoicing, the warehouse, and the CRM; payments are matched; contacts stay consistent. Instead of clicking between windows, people handle only the exceptions and the decisions.
Is integration one-off, or does it run continuously?
